Bangalore: Bangalore-based V3 Engineers Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer of modular office furniture, is foraying into the home segment and has announced plans to open 30 outlets in the next 18 months.
The outlets would be opened in south India through franchisee model and under the brand name V3 Home Zone, while it would also thrive for a national presence, V3 Engineers Director Guru Prasad told a press conference.
"We are targeting a revenue of Rs 200 crore in the next three years," he said, adding that the company would offer home furniture across kitchens, doors and wardrobes.
Prasad said the company which had so far focused on office segment has a capacity to manufacture about 3.6 million doors, 4,500 kitchens and wardrobes per annum.
He said the company has forged a joint venture in Bahrain that is addressing the market in Gulf Cooperation Council countries. In addition, it had also signed an MoU in Sydney on marketing of office furniture.
