NAI apollo has been assigned the contract for the international marketing of an approximately 400,000 sqm logistics area in Slovakia. The real estate consulting company was successful in asserting itself against its competitors because of its sophisticated marketing concept. The logistics park is located in Senec, approximately 25 km northeast of Bratislava and as the largest logistics facility in the region will be able to accommodate large scale rental capacities of up to 50,000 sqm
In order to facilitate the local, on-site marketing activities, NAI apollo will open a new branch office in Bratislava. Damir Milanovic is a co-partner at NAI apollo and will be responsible for the setting up of the new offices: "One of the central success factors in our line of business is our close proximity to renters and rental objects," Damir Milanovic said. "As soon as we open our new offices in Bratislava, then we will be able to ideally service our clients directly on site."
The first countries to show an active interest in an eastward expansion in the early years were Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary. Now Slovakia is making up for lost time and beginning to capture a lot of public attention. Because of its central location at the pivot point between the East and West, as well as the relatively low cost of labor in that country, the region is quickly gaining in importance with the rapidly-expanding automobile industry and their secondary supply industry, with logistic organizations as well as with the consumer retail industry.
