Casual dining restaurant chain Ruby Tuesday, based in Tennessee USA, plan to open 25 restaurants across the Middle East over the next seven years.
The expansion will be implemented through franchisee National Arabic Company for Restaurant Management based in Kuwait. As well as opening the restaurants the National Arabic Company will build an employee training centre in Kuwait City based on the chain's existing training ground in Tennessee.
Ruby Tuesday already has 900 company owned and franchised restaurants in 43 U.S. states and 15 countries, including four in the Middle East.
The new outlets are due to open in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Lebanon, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates.
